How can your services benefit my organisation?

Providing an online strategic organisational service will save time and cost. Furthermore, all research, analysis, audits, surveys, and assessments are undertaken by me. My service will provide a complete organisational health check to ensure attention is given to governance, risk, compliance, process and procedure. There is also a historical overview of the organisation to understand its existence, objectives, missions and future reach and influence, ensuring a collective understanding and synergy across all departments and staff in your organisation.

Do you provide ongoing support after the initial consultation?

Yes, I offer ongoing support to completion of the project, providing the information and data that will allow the Board and Senior Management Team to take action on what is required to take their organisation to the next level via strategies and plans developed during the consultation period.  This is normally over six months initially, with the possibility of an extension dependent on the needs of the organisation.

ONLINE/HYBRID OFFICE

So we bought a van to go camping with and named it Hildegard for some reason. Anyway, Hildegard is also going to serve as my mobile office, which will allow me to work overnight when doing hybrid consultancy work with organisations using my strategic management consultancy.
